However, there are many grammatical errors throughout this essay, to the point where it is often difficult to understand what you are saying. The lack of in-text citations further adds to this confusion, as your quotes and paraphrases from the poem are not evident. In MLA format, every sentence that contains information from a source -- even if you are paraphrasing, not directly quoting -- needs an in-text citation. There are other formatting issues here as well; for example, paragraphs should be indented, no longer than a page, and font should not be italicized unless referring to titles of books, journals, etc. Note, too, that some sections of your essay appear to be copy/pasted more than once in this document.
