Jim's feedback:
"It is good practice to include a comma after the penultimate member of a list, and many formats require it. A semicolon acts like a “soft” period. Hence a comma should instead be used at the start of the third paragraph. To quote a list adds needless clutter. You can instead just list the terms, followed by the citation. Use a semicolon instead of a comma before “thus,” or keep the comma and write “and thus.” Avoid needless capitalization of common nouns. The last two paragraphs are exceedingly long. Readers become lost in huge blocks of text, which affects comprehension. Start a new paragraph whenever the topic shifts. A typical page might include four to six paragraphs. Use an en dash (–) to indicate a range of numbers. You can make this with character code on a PC or option-dash on a Mac, or insert it as a special character in MS-Word."
