This focus is evident on many levels: you've organized the discussion to follow the plot, which helps emphasize the conclusion about development, and the quotations function effectively as support for the argument. (I would recommend providing more of the quote "in virtue than in vengeance" to help the reader with some context.) In terms of improving argumentation, which is already strong, I would recommend against the sort of rhetorical question you use in the discussion of Act 4 ("wouldn't they automatically harbour some kind of hatred...?").
