"The overall structure of your essay makes sense. It's good that your introduction cleanly lines up with the order of the topics you cover in your body paragraphs. However, your essay would be visually more appealing if you maintained a consistent half-inch indent for the first line of each paragraph. In addition, the essay would benefit from a thorough read through to reword any awkward statements or phrases such as "a key business reason" or "in turn helps to be." There are some run-on sentences that should be recast for clarity, and the word "collide" is not the best choice for the sentiment you're trying to express. When you have a parenthetical citation at the end of a statement, the period goes after the citation itself. No period should appear before the closing quotation mark. In American English, double quotation marks are the default preference (even for scare quotes)."
