By ending each body paragraph on a specific example of rhetoric, you show you've close-read the article for those devices: I suggest pairing each up with their specific appeal (e.g., logos, pathos, ethos).
Now that you have those micro-examples noted, it will be important to give attention to the rhetor, venue, and situation. What are Niehoff's (use the last name when referring to the author) credentials? Do they indicate a specific bias or position? Does her venue (Fox News) have a bias, generally or as regards COVID, shutdowns, or even athletics? Did the article run as an op-ed? And finally, what is the situation? How does it impact Niehoff's stance, argument, and readers?"
