"The content of your proposal is strong, providing much detail. However, it does contain many formatting, word usage/spelling, and punctuation errors that detract from the strong content. The formatting is inconsistent, with irregular line spacing, word division (in the cost chart), and varied font and spacing in the table of contents. In addition, some key phrases and words should be corrected: "beautifully furnished AirBnB" and "AirBnB" as a brand name should be capitalized as the company writes it. The headings in charts should be formatted consistently as well (generally capitalized). You also have several run-on sentences (independent clauses not correctly connected). If you edit your paper for formatting and grammar/punctuation conventions, the presentation of your proposal would be much stronger."
