"There's a lot of great information here and you illustrate the contrast between the Incas and Aztecs well. However, since the discussion frequently jumps between the two cultures, it can be difficult for the reader to follow. Consider using headings such as "Religion" or "Social Structure" and making sure the discussions about each civilization are separate (possibly using subheadings).
The introduction compares these civilizations to those of Athens and Sparta. While this can be useful, it seems to add to the confusion. It also gives the reader the impression that you will continue this comparison. The introductory sentence is also particularly awkwardly worded."
