Jim's feedback:
"This short paper is wordy and lacks specifics. For example, the second paragraph takes five lines to basically say that the student should seek scholarships. Every word counts in a paper of this length. It should be noted that financial problems do not necessarily revolve around the need for money. Perhaps a student has an annuity that will mature in a few years; this student has money, but it is not yet available. So, the paper needs to specify the type of problem it seeks to solve. Be specific and list strategies in a set of bullet points.
As modifiers, “short term” and “long term” should be hyphenated. The use of “etc.” is vague and should be avoided. The writing lacks precision. For example, what does it mean for a budget to “be in the correct order?” It means it should be prioritized."
