"You've done a good job capturing the mystery and fascination of this topic. Your narrative in the final body paragraph really sucks the reader in thanks to good word choice and dynamic sentences. The conclusion comes a little abruptly. I would suggest expanding it. Consider contextualizing the question in the wider human experiences you identify in the opening sentences. My other comment is on argumentation and rhetoric. Controversial topics require very firm control of word choice. "Unofficially documented" (first paragraph) and similar phrases will be pretty big red flags for readers. Ultimately, it will depend on who your audience is and how to suit your rhetoric to them--is this a cultural analysis of the legacy of Roswell? A primer for believers? At the very least, you'll want to address counterarguments and clarify what, exactly, is the new evidence (this isn't clear--give the reader some dates). Make sure your sources are credible and as recent as possible. Your discussion must cover developments up to the present; your reader is trusting you to know the source material and will expect you to know that in 2006 Santilli admitted the video was staged. For a more recent treatment of this topic and a good model for writing on speculative topics, I would suggest Nick Richardson's "Elves and Aliens" in the London Review of Books."
