MJ's feedback:
"Your essay provides a thorough overview of relational theory, and your APA formatting is off to a good start. Check your work to ensure that you have included citations for all information from a source; for instance, you write that in the 1960s, majority group members supervised while African Americans dug ditches, but this is not supported by a citation. Further, in APA, page numbers only need to be included for direct quotations. I noticed that you include page numbers for some citations, but not others, and none appear to be direct quotations. If these are paraphrases, you can remove the page number; if they are direct quotations, you need to add quotation marks to indicate the quoted content.
Your headings are also a bit odd. You have included only two -- Relational Theory, which is your title, and Central Principles -- and have not included basic headings for sections such as your conclusion. Headings are a great way to break up content, but should be planned carefully to ensure that they divide your content into meaningful sections.
On a related note, your thesis is not entirely clear -- to clarify, are you arguing that collective leadership is preferable to relational leadership? This should be specified in your thesis.
Lastly, there are issues with repetition, tense, sentence fragments, and word choice. For example, "Thus, emphasizing the subordinate relationship in the leaders-follower relationship" (from your first paragraph) is a fragment. As another example, "The more trust he had and that employee, the close the relationship is between that two employees" is filled with grammatical errors. Review your essay with these details in mind; a round of editing would help to correct these issues if you need assistance."
