Bridget's feedback:
"This is a strong essay with a good eye for nuance and control of the text. You're ready to move into a final draft with a bit of polishing up. These tasks will include properly formatting the title of the story ("Rape Fantasies"), fixing up some punctuation around the in-text citations, and correctly formatting the block quotes, as well as proofreading to catch occasional errors (typos, etc.). I also encourage you to check over your paragraphing, including the occasional very short paragraphs, as well as the paragraph boundaries; for example, "She mentions growing up as a Catholic girl..." and the movement into the next paragraph is a little blurred. Would that sentence, with some revision, work better in the next paragraph? Or, perhaps some further transitional language might be incorporated into the existing setup.
As a final note, I encourage you to experiment with a few other endings so as to avoid finishing up on a paraphrase/summary of a source, which can deflate the argumentation at the last moment."
