What happens after I upload my document?

After you upload your document and choose your turnaround time, you'll be asked to pay for your order (we accept PayPal and all major credit cards). Then you'll answer just a few questions to give your editor more context, and you're done!

We'll email you with your editor's feedback and instructions to retrieve your edited document as soon as your turnaround time is up.

Can I leave additional information for my editor?

Definitely. Right after you complete your purchase, we'll ask for a little more information to give your editor more context for your work and help them do their best.

You can even leave a short note and upload supplemental materials or instructions.

Do you edit, proofread, or do both?

We do both on every document. We're just as much style, flow, and sentence structure sticklers as we are grammar, punctuation, and spelling fanatics.
